Bergen County Horse Rescue

What to Expect:

Join Bergen County Camera and Tamron USA for an exciting opportunity to photograph the many horses who call the Bergen County Horse Rescue home. We will be photographing the horses in their stables, while they graze, and during their pasture time, so action shots will be plentiful. If you're an animal lover, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss!

• The horses can be anywhere from a few yards a way to right by the fence.
• Loaner lenses will be available from Tamron USA

• This is a meet-up trip and does not include transportation.
• Weather varries, so be prepared for colder temperatures.
• Light refreshments will be provided

Tickets:

$50.00 + Evenbrite Fees. All proceeds are donated to the rescue. This donation keeps the horses fed and covers any medical needs that they may require.

In past years, donations have been made individually on the day of the event, however, to stream line the event and to avoid delays, BCHR, Tamron, and Bergen County Camera have decided to collect donations ahead of time. Feel free to reach out to matt@bergencountycamera.com with nay questions.

What to bring:

-Wide angle zoom (24-105, 24-70, 24-120, etc.)

-Longer telephoto zoom (70-300, 70-200, etc.)

-Extra batteries and memory cards

-Wear shoes/boots that you won't mind getting dirty.

- Loaners will be available from Tamron, so don't worry if you don't have a particular lens.
